What if I'm not at home when Ninja Van makes the delivery?

Driver will either fail the delivery or call your customer to check if they would like their parcel to be left at a secure location of their choice. Where secure location is chosen, you would need to provide our driver with the verification code sent out with the SMS in the morning.

 

What are Ninja Van's delivery hours?

Ninja Van deliver from Monday to Saturday (9am-10pm), excluding public holidays.

If you haven’t received the parcel within expected period or you want to arrange date/time, please contact Ninja Van to request for redelivery.

I missed an attempt to deliver my item.

    Driver will attempt to redeliver your parcel in 1~3 working days after delivery failed.

    If you haven’t received the parcel within expected period or you want to arrange date/time, please contact Qxpress to request for redelivery.
